Train Station and Community Alliance

The Train Station and Community Alliance (or TSCA) is an opportunity and resource for you to network with your peer localities, connect with key stakeholders, and learn from the experts. The TSCA meets twice a year, bringing together representatives from communities all around the Commonwealth interested in the tremendous opportunities that a passenger rail station or connection can provide to their community 

 

Our train stations are the gateways into our communities - connecting our friends, family, and neighbors to destinations along the entire east coast and even the Midwest. Our stations are also opportunities for economic development by offering businesses or visitors that don’t want to sit in endless traffic or cramped airline seats the option to visit our communities and regions by train. 

 

Thanks to the hard work being undertaken by our partner at Virginia Passenger Rail Authority to expand and improve our passenger rail infrastructure - VHSR thinks it is critical that our energy is directed towards helping you and your localities get the most out of your stations.
